Sue Farace, CP-FS, has been in hospitality as an owner since 1998. Coming from a construction background she started out with a food truck operating as a caterer on the weekends and serving hungry workers at construction sites during the week. As the years went by she owned / operated a Tavern, Crab House and Cafe. In 2009 she hung up her apron and started teaching ServSafe. Not long after she worked closely with Ed Sherwin from Sherwin Food Safety, learning from one of the best as he was nearing retirement. She now provides food safety training, consulting services, and HACCP plan writing for many of Baltimore's finest food facilities.
